The present petition seeks direction to GNCTD to cancel the license issued to Delhi Tourism and Transportation Development Corporation Limited allowing them to vend Indian & Foreign liquor from Shop No. 1, B.D. Estate Market, Timarpur, Delhi-110054. However, counsel for Petitioner states that the relief sought in the present petition is rendered infructuous as the liquor vend in question is no longer operational. 2.
