W.P.(CRL) 2089/2019 This is a petition for expediting and concluding the investigation in FIR No. 835/2016 under sections 420/467/468/471 IPC, registered at police station Mehrauli.

Learned ASC for the State submits that there are three other connected FIRs which are being investigated by EOW Cell as well by the Investigating Officer/SI Satish.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case be also transferred to EOW Cell .
