The petitioners in the abovesaid petition seek quashing of FIR No.396/2021 dated 16.08.2021 registered at PS Begam Pur, on merits. 4.

The present petition was dismissed-in-default on 16.10.2024 as nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Thereafter, an application seeking restoration of the petition has been filed, which is pending adjudication. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has already been settled amicably and refers to the order passed by this Court today itself CRL.M.C.5734/2023 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. in CRL.M.C. 1168/2026 whereby FIR in question has been quashed on the basis of amicable settlement. He states that he would file his Vakalatnama in the present matter during course of the day.

All the three petitioners are present and respondent No.2 is also present.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of above peculiar development, which has happened in the interregnum, if the petition is restored, the petitioners would not even press the same. 8.

In view of the above, while allowing the abovesaid application and restoring the abovesaid petition, the same is dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of subsequent settlement between the parties. 9.

The next date of 26.02.2026 is cancelled.
