The said settlement agreement has been signed by all the parties and countersigned by their respective counsels.

The Court has perused the agreement and finds it to be lawful and acceptable.

Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement agreement dated 23rd October 2024.

Parties shall be bound by the terms of settlement 6.
