Pursuant to the order dated 08.01.2020, Mr. Dhanesh Relan, learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff, states that in view of the fact that the amount claimed in this suit is less than ₹2 crores, the suit is required to be transferred to the District Court. Learned counsel for the plaintiff and defendant no. 2 state that the jurisdictional Court would be that of the learned District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. 2.

The matter be listed before the learned District Judge on 20.04.2020, when the learned District Judge may either take up the matter in his Court or transfer it to an appropriate Court. 3.

The Registry will transmit the suit records to the Court of learned District Judge in the meantime.
