This is an enforcement petition filed under Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking direction to the judgment debtor to pay the decretal amount as awarded in the Award dated 10.12.2018 read with Correction Award dated 21.02.2019. 2.

Mr. Vyas, learned counsel has handed over calculations on behalf of the judgment debtor which is acceptable to Mr. Goel, learned counsel for the decree holder.

As per the calculation of the judgment debtor, an amount of Rs. 14,02,37,990/- is due and payable as on date to the decree holder. 4.

As per the Registry, a sum of Rs. 13,17,96,212.50/- is lying deposited. If the said sum is deducted from Rs. 14,02,37,990/-, the balance amount will be Rs. 84,41,778/-. be paid expeditiously by the judgement debtor and not later than 3 weeks from today to the decree holder.

The Registry is directed to release an amount of Rs. 13,17,96,212.50/- alongwith up-to-date accrued interest to the decree holder. 6.

In addition, the judgment debtor shall pay interest at the rate of 6.25% per annum on Rs. 8,35,22,840/- from 12.09.2024 till the date the Demand Draft of the balance decretal amount is paid to the decree holder.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 8.
