By way of the present petition filed under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the petitioner seeks extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a period till 31.07.2024 for concluding the Arbitral proceedings and passing the Award. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is expiring on 06.06.2024.
