This Court in its Order dated 06.10.2021 took note of the delay on the part of the petitioner in approaching this Court. It was noted that the petitioner has taken his own sweet time to approach the Court qua the Impugned Orders dated 26.02.2013 and 03.01.2019. 2.

This Court, however, still examined the merits of the petition and directed the learned counsel for the petitioner to place on record the ETE certificate of the petitioner.

Though almost four years have passed since then, the said affidavit has still not been filed by the petitioner. Accordingly, we dismiss the present petition as we do not find that the petitioner is interested in pursuing the same.
