The Petitioner has approached this Court challenging an Order dated 25.07.2022 passed by the learned Trial Court whereby the application filed by the Petitioner for a direction the service providers to preserve CDRs of the mobile phones has been rejected.

It is stated by learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has been discharged by the learned Trial Court and the matter has become infructuous.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of as infructuous along with pending application(s), if any.
