EX.APPL.(OS) 28/2024 has been filed seeking directions to the judgment-debtor to pay balance amount of Rs. 1,89,75,111/- in favour of the decree-holder.

Admittedly, the principal amount has been paid to the decree-holder on 30.10.2023. The amount deposited is inclusive of interest till 21.08.2023, meaning thereby that interest from 22.08.2023 till 30.10.2023 is outstanding. 3.
Mr Bishnoi, learned counsel appearing for judgment-debtor on instructions states that the amount as awarded from 22.08.2023 to 30.10.2023 shall be deposited electronically in the account of the decreeholder as given in the order dated 20.11.2023 expeditiously and in any case not later than three weeks from today.

Taking his statement on record and binding the respondents to the same, the instant enforcement petition is disposed of.
