The Petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the Respondents to release the copy of the sale deed dated 27.02.2023 executed between the Petitioner and Mr. Ravinder Sharma, Mrs. Madhu Sharma, Mr. Deepak Sharma.

It is stated that the sale deed was executed on 27.02.2023 and was registered on 09.03.2024, however, a copy of the sale deed has not been given to the Petitioner. It is stated that the Petitioner has raised her grievance with several authorities and the representation is still pending with the SubRegistrar No.I, Kashmere Gate, Delhi. In the fitness of things, Respondents are directed to take a decision on the representation of the Petitioner within six weeks from today by either releasing the sale deed or by giving their objections as to why the sale deed cannot be given to the Petitioner.

With these directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of along with the pending applications, if any.

Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to approach this Court in case this order is not complied with by the Respondents.
