CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE INDERMEET KAUR

O R D E R

% 02.12.2016 Parties have been called in the chambers. Their child aged 15 years namely Sushant Sharma / Shree Sharma is also present. He is not inclined to meet his father. Although efforts have been made by this Court in the Chambers it appears that it may not be possible for the estranged couple to come back together.

This petition has assailed the orders passed by the learned Family Judge wherein visitation rights have been denied to the father. After hearing the parties, the Court is of the view that it would be expedient if the petitioner is granted permission to move an appropriate application before the learned Family Judge who shall take it up on merits and decide as to whether the petitioner / father is entitled to any visitation rights qua his son Shree Sharma as at this stage, this Court does not want to interfere with the orders passed by the learned Trial Court in view of the

wholly averse attitude of the child. This Court also notes that the second child of the couple who is a girl aged 22 years namely, Runu Sharma is staying at a hostel. She is an adult. Trial Court shall adjudicate upon such an application uninfluenced by any observation made by this Court. No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
