% 22.11.2016 The learned counsel appearing for the Judgment Debtors points out that a connected execution petition arising from the compromise decree dated 04.06.2010 has already been transferred to the Court of District Judge (North West) Rohini.

Accordingly, the present petition is also transferred to the said court. The Registry is directed to transfer the files to the court of District Judge, North West, Rohini Courts. The parties shall appear before the concerned court on 20.12.2016.
