Present public interest petition has been filed seeking issuance of directions to the Respondent Nos. 2 to 8 to ensure payment of salaries under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 ("MW Act") and adhere to the directions contained in the Employee State Insurance Act, 1948 ("ESI Act") for its employees. Respondent No. 1 to establish special fund in each Court complex for reimbursement of payment of the amount incurred by Respondent Nos. 2 to 8 towards payment of salaries of its employees. 2.

A perusal of the paper book reveals that before coming to this Court, the Petitioner has issued a notice to Respondent No. 1 alone vide letter dated 30th March, 2024. Though, the said notice has not been replied, yet learned counsel for Delhi High Court states that the reply is under preparation and shall be issued within two weeks.

Keeping in view the aforesaid as well as the facts that no prior notice has been issued to any of the Respondent -Bar Associations before filing the present writ petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to the Petitioner to issue prior notices to all the Bar Associations. In the event, the Petitioner is aggrieved by the replies received from the Bar Associations, the Petitioner shall be at liberty to approach this Court once again. 4.

With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition is disposed of.
