Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of. W.P.(C) 7518/2024 & CM APPL. 31328/2024 1.

Present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner challenging the tender process carried out by the Respondent in regard to the tender bearing number NITRD/Ten./2023-24/1 and to further direct the Respondent to carry out a fresh tender process in a fair and transparent manner. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that despite the Petitioner's filing the representation dated 12th March, 2024 with the Respondent in accordance with the order passed by this Court in the previous writ petition, the same has not been disposed of till date.

He, however, states that in response to supply of advance copy of the writ petition, the Respondent has informed the Petitioner that the tender in question has been cancelled. However, he states that the Petitioner is not sure about the authenticity of the email received by the Petitioner. 4.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, this Court disposes of the present writ petition with a direction to the Respondent to decide the petitioner's representation dated 12th March, 2024 in accordance with law by way of a speaking order within a week of the receipt of this order. 5.

With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
