This petition has been filed seeking enforcement of the award dated 09.06.2020.

Undoubtedly, the award has been set aside by this Court on 16.05.2023 in OMP (COMM.) 495/2020. Even though an appeal has been filed challenging the said order, there is no interim order in the matter. 2.

For the said reasons, the present execution petition will not lie at this stage. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the decree holder to revive the same if and when required.
