1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Show Cause Notices have been issued to Petitioner No.2 M/s Krishna Capital and Petitioner No.3 Rohit Sakhuja on 30th January, 2016 and the Petitioner No.1 M/s Jagjeet Impex on 8th February, 2016 on the ground that the such imports have been made by mis-declaring the description of the goods and the transaction value.

2. In that view of the matter, the Petitioners will pursue the remedies W.P.(C) 937/2016 Page 1 of 2

available to them in accordance with law in respect of the said Show Cause Notices.

3. As regards, the question of provisional release of the goods, it is stated by the Respondents that if an application is made by the Petitioners in that regard not later than one week from today, the said application will be dealt with and decided by the Respondents in accordance with law not later than two weeks thereafter and the decision communicated to the Petitioners forthwith.

4. In view of the above statement, no further directions are called for. The petition is disposed of.
