Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite several opportunities, the prosecutrix is not stepping into the witness box as the allegations levelled by her are false and fabricated. She submits that in case directions are issued to expedite the trial, she would not press the present petition.

In view of the above and keeping in view of the facts and circumstance of the case, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the recording of the prosecution witnesses and conclude the same expeditiously, preferably, within a period of six months from the next date of hearing.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks CRL.REV.P. 103/2017

leave to withdrawn the petition.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid directions.
