The Petitioner has approached this Court for quashing FIR No.463/2019 dated 06.10.2019 registered at Police Station IGI Airport for offences under Section 376, 323, 502, 342 IPC on the ground that the Prosecutrix is not supporting the case.

When this Court suggested that it is open for the Petitioner to move an appropriate application for acquittal during the course of the trial, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take such remedies available in accordance with law. 3.
Permission and liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 4.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is an American Citizen.
