unauthorized construction work being carried out by Respondent No.7 at Property bearing No. 576, land measuring 70 sq. yds, Khasra No. 272/1, Village Khizrabad, Abadi in Zakir Nagar, Jamia Nagar, Okhla, New Delhi - 110025.

Learned counsel for the MCD, who appears on advance notice, states that the property has already been booked and demolition action is underway as of now.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner confirms the said fact.

Consequently he states that he does not wish to press the present writ petition any further.

Accordingly, the present writ petition along with application is disposed of as satisfied.
