The present petition under Article 226 and 227/21 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 („Cr.P.C.‟) has been filed on behalf of petitioner seeking issuance of necessary directions to the respondent nos.3 to 6. 2.
The prayers in this case stand answered and therefore, the petition has become infructous.

However, it is ordered that in case the petitioner will have a grievance, he will be able to make a phone call to the Beat Constable and SHO in case of such need, he will be attended promptly. 4.
