MA 9212/2016 (by the petitioner, for reduction of surety amount) This is an application moved by the petitioner / applicant for reduction of surety amount from Rs.25,000/- to Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of Superintendent Jail on the ground that earlier also the petitioner was granted parole and furlough time and again and the relevant documents of the surety are still lying with the Jail Superintendent. Under the circumstances, the surety amount is reduced from Rs.25,000/- to Rs.10,000/- and the surety bond be furnished before the Jail Superintendent to his satisfaction.
