The Plaintiffs i.e., Plaintiff No. 1-Praful Billore and Plaintiff No. 2MBA Chai Wala Pvt. Ltd. have filed the present suit seeking permanent injunction seeking protection of the Plaintiffs' reputation in its trademark, business, personality rights, etc.

The suit was filed against the Defendants, who are YouTubers and had uploaded several defamatory and disparaging videos against the Plaintiffs on YouTube i.e., Defendant No.10.

On 28th August, 2023, this Court had come to a prima facie view that the videos are defamatory and accordingly, Defendants No.1 to 9 were directed to take down the said videos.

3.1 It was further directed that in the event the aforesaid videos are not taken down by Defendants No.1 to 9 within 72 hours, Defendant No.10 (Google) shall take down the aforesaid videos. 4.

appearance against whom a decree of permanent injunction has already been passed.

Mr Prateek Singh Chaudhary, counsel for the Plaintiff submits that all the defamatory videos have since been taken down and hence, he does not wish to pursue the present suit any further.

Mr Aditya Gupta, advocate appearing on behalf of Defendant No.10 submits that in the event the Plaintiff notifies the Defendant No.10 of any identical videos by Defendants No.1 to 9, the same shall be promptly taken down by Defendant No.10.

6.1 The aforesaid statement is taken on record.

In view of the above, as the Plaintiff does not wish to pursue the suit any further.

Consequently, the suit is disposed of.

Pending applications stand disposed of.
