% 30.07.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondents to release money deposited in employee's provident fund, gratuity, family pension and other service terminal benefit to the petitioner forthwith.

For the aforesaid purpose, the petitioner has made representation to the respondents on 15.02.2019 (Annexure-P-1), however, there is no response from the respondents.

Keeping in view the averments made in the present petition and submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, I hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondents to decide the aforesaid representation made by the petitioner within two months from the receipt of this order. The decision so taken shall be conveyed to the petitioner in writing within one week, thereafter.

Needless to state that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision to be taken by the respondents, she may challenge the same before the appropriate Forum.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of. Order dasti.
