This is an application filed by the petitioner for early hearing and withdrawal of the bail application. 2.

In view of the contents of the application, the same is allowed and the date of hearing in the bail application is preponed and the same is taken up for hearing today itself. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the bail application, with liberty to file a fresh application before the Sessions Court.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the bail application.
