Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled and a copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 17.12.2025 has been placed on record.

It is stated that, in terms of the settlement, the petitioner has agreed to pay a sum of Rs. 4,25,000/- towards full and final settlement. It is further stated that a sum of Rs. 2,50,000/- has already been deposited with the Registrar General of this Court pursuant to the order dated 29.08.2019. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said amount, along with the accrued interest, be released to the respondent, and the balance amount shall be released within four weeks from the date of intimation by the respondent.

Accordingly, the sum of Rs. 2,50,000/- along with accrued interest shall be released to the respondent.
