% 30.07.2019 The present writ of habeas corpus has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's daughter namely Ms.Sana aged about 23 years.

Today in court Ms.Sana has been produced by Mr.Ram Niwas, Station House Officer, Police Station Nabi Karim. Ms.Sana states that she has left her parent's residence out of her own free will and she wants to stay separately.

We have spoken to Ms.Sana as well as to her parents and Inspector Ram Niwas in our Chambers.

We find that Ms.Sana is firm in her decision to stay separately from her parents.

Since Ms.Sana is a major, we are of the view that she is entitled to stay wherever she deems appropriate. Consequently, no further orders are called for in the present petition. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
