The present Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following prayers:

"I. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, quashing the order dated 13.01.2023.

II. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, quashing recovery notice dated 16.03.2023 and subsequent notice dated 24.2.2024 issued by the SDM, Delhi Cantt.

III. Issue Rule Nisi and after the notice of motion make it absolute.

IV. Direct the respondent/DPCC not to take any coercive measures during the pendency of the present writ petition.

When this Court suggested to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that an alternate and efficacious remedy is available to the Petitioner under the Water Prevention & Control of Pollution Act, 1974, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to avail the alternate remedy by approaching the competent authorities in accordance with law.

Leave and liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 4.

In view of the fact that the Petitioner has chosen to avail alternate remedy, this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn along with the pending applications, if any.
