W.P.(C) 8224/2019 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:
"Therefore, in the light of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, it is most respectfully prayed that: a.
Issue a writ of mandamus or any other suitable writ / order / direction to the Respondents to take appropriate action on the representation dated 07.05.2019 filed by the petitioner.
b.
Pass any other Order (s) as this Hon'ble Court
may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states, petitioner shall be satisfied if his representation dated May 7, 2019 (page 33 of the paper book) is considered and disposed of by respondent Nr. DMC. Mr. Akhil Mittal, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Nr. DMC. States, respondent shall do so within four weeks.
Noting the said submission, the petition is disposed of. The decision shall be communicated to the petitioner who, if aggrieved, shall seek such remedy as available in law.
