The Petitioner approached this Court for quashing all the proceedings initiated against the Petitioner under the National Anti-Doping Rules, 2021 commencing from the issuance of notice in September, 2023 to April, 2024 and all subsequent proceedings therein.

The facts of the case reveal that an Anti-Doping Disciplinary Panel has been constituted to consider the case of the Petitioner. 3.

Without going into the merits of the case or the questions of law raised by the Petitioner regarding the constitution of the Disciplinary Panel, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. this Court is not inclined to interfere at this juncture, considering the fact that a Panel has been constituted for looking into the facts of this case. 4.

Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to challenge the Order of the Panel in case the Petitioner is not exonerated by the Panel. The question of law is left open.
