The Petitioner has approached this Court for issuance of a direction to the Respondent to allow Petitioner access to the DGHS card facility of which she is a beneficiary. It is stated that the DGHS card facility has been issued in the name of her husband.

Material on record indicates that a representation has been given by the Petitioner on 16.04.2024 claiming benefits of DGHS card facility. 3.

The Respondent is directed to consider the said representation and pass orders within six weeks from today.
