FA0449921-(i/a 12.07.2019 TO v/t 11.07.2029) issued @ MIA) to the petitioner, which is in custody since 28.08.2023, in the interest of justice."

Ms. Nidhi Raman, learned CGSC for the Union of India, states that exit permit has not been issued to the Petitioner for the reason that a Lookout Circular (LOC) has been issued against the Petitioner by FRRO, Kolkata.

FRRO, Mumbai, the jurisdictional High Court would be the High Court of Bombay. It is always open for the Petitioner to approach the jurisdictional High Court for release of the passport.
