% 16.01.2020 RFA 690/2019 & CM APPL Nos.34172/2019, 34174/2019 The learned counsel for the appellant says parties have entered into a compromise/settlement before the Mediation Centre, Saket Courts, New Delhi vide a settlement agreement dated 20.9.2019 in terms of para Nos.1 to 5 stated therein. It is stated the parties have entered into the settlement voluntarily without any undue influence or coercion from any corner and shall cooperate with each other to complete the transfer of the properties mentioned in the agreement and in signing the requisite documents before the authorities concerned. The parties shall be bound by the terms of settlement stated therein.
The appeal stands disposed of in terms of above settlement. As the matter has been settled through mediation, the appellant shall be entitled to refund of Court fee per Section 16A of the Court Fees Act. The pending application, if any, also stands disposed of. LCR be remitted forthwith.
