Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing of FIR No. 0208/2021 registered under Sections 420/468/471/120B IPC at P.S. Connaught Place on the basis of Settlement Agreement dated 07.04.2023 between the Complainant Saurabh Goel and Rohtash Singh.

Learned Counsel on behalf of the State submits that quashing is opposed as it involves allegations under Sections 468/471 IPC. The FSL Report has been received and the Chargesheet is likely to be filed soon. 3.

The record also shows that the Respondents No. 2 and 3 are the Bank Managers with whom there is no settlement.
