The present petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, inter alia, seeking directions to the State to conclude investigation in FIR No. 400/2022 dated 14.06.2022 under Sections 452/323/342/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Sadar Bazar. 4.

The petitioner is aggrieved since the FIR was registered way back on 14.06.2022, however, no chargesheet has been filed. 5.

chargesheet is expected to be filed within a period of six to eight weeks.

Considering the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and file afresh in case any grievance remains.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
