The present application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, has been filed by the applicant/petitioner seeking restoration of the captioned civil revision petition, i.e., C.R.P. 219/2023 to its original stage and number which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 17th May, 2024.

Heard and perused the contents of the instant application. 3.

For the sufficient cause being shown in the instant application, the same is allowed and the captioned civil revision petition, i.e., C.R.P. 219/2023 is, thus, restored to its original stage and number. 4.

The application stands disposed of.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the suit has already been decreed vide order dated 3rd September, 2024, therefore, nothing is left for further adjudication in the instant petition. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above facts and circumstance as well as in light of the order dated 3rd September, 2024 the instant civil revision petition is disposed of as nothing is left for further adjudication. Accordingly, the instant petition along with pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
