Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C are pending consideration before the concerned SDM and that the petitioner only seeks to place on record the additional documents.

It is submitted that the petitioner had made a request in this regard before the concerned SDM, however, the documents were not taken on record, as matter was stated to have been reserved. Mr. Rauf, learned ASC for the State states that no such documents have been placed on record.

Without going into controversy and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to mention the matter before the concerned SDM, who shall accept the documents on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the documents would be submitted within a period of 8 weeks.
