The present application is filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in FIR No.98/2019, registered under Sections 308/201/34 IPC at Police Station Civil Lines, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 26.08.2019, the petitioner was released on interim bail and thereafter he has joined the investigation as and when directed. 3.

Learned APP for the State, on the other hand, opposes the grant of bail to the petitioner. He submits that the charge-sheet has already been filed against the petitioner.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 26.08.2019, granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute on the same terms and conditions.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that at the time of

grant of interim bail to the petitioner on 26.08.2019, the petitioner undertook not to visit his son Master Aditya Singh either at his school or at any other place and the same is causing hindrance in the petitioner's right to visit and meet his son and thus, prays that the aforesaid undertaking may be waived. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the articles of the petitioner are still lying in the House No.A-38/1, Railway Colony, Shri Ram Road, Civil Lines, Delhi.

It is clarified that in any proceedings, if the petitioner is permitted to do so, the order dated 26.08.2019 passed by this Court will not come in the petitioner's way and the petitioner may avail his remedy in accordance with law.

So far as the articles of the petitioner lying in the aforesaid premises are concerned, it is made clear that in case the petitioner approaches the concerned Court and moves an appropriate application in this regard, the same shall be decided in accordance with law. 8.

The application stands disposed of.
