O R D E R

% 19.02.2020 The learned counsel for the appellant after arguing at length, prays for time of six months be granted to the appellant to vacate the tenanted premises. Statement of the appellant to this effect has also been recorded. The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions from the respondent who is present in person, submits that the respondent has no objection to the same.

In view of the above and binding the appellant to his statement, the present Appeal is disposed of granting time till 31.08.2020 to the appellant to vacate the tenanted premises and hand over the peaceful vacated possession thereof to the respondent.
