The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers: - "(a) Appropriate order/directions, directing the respondent to appear in person before this Hon'ble Court to explain their conduct in not complying with the undertaking/assurance given to this Hon'ble Court on 15.03.2023 passed in W.P. (CRL) No. 732 of 2023, recorded in the order of same date (Annexure P-1) and thereafter take suitable action against them. (b) Appropriate order/directions, directing the respondent No.1-7 to take immediate actions against the Respondent No. 8-11 as there is a constant threat on the life of the Petitioner. (c) Appropriate orders/ directions directing the respondent to pay the costs of this petition to the petitioner. (d) Such other or further orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the directions given vide order dated 15.03.2023 passed in W.P.(CRL) 732/2023 have been complied with. 4.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
