At the outset, learned counsel for the plaintiffs as well as for the defendant, submit that they have since resolved all their disputes in the captioned suit, and the terms of settlement have also been reduced to writing in the form of a Settlement Agreement dated 15.04.2025 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (DHCMCC), which is forming a part of the record.

Learned counsel for the plaintiffs and the defendant make an oral prayer before this Court to pass a consent decree under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of the Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 15.04.2025.

Learned counsel for the plaintiffs submits that, in view of the Settlement Agreement dated 15.04.2025 inter-se the plaintiffs and the defendant, the plaintiffs do not wish to press for any other relief(s) qua the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. defendant. In view thereof, they also submit that the captioned suit may be accordingly decreed.

Learned counsel of the plaintiffs and the defendant confirm the terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 15.04.2025 and identify the signatures of their respective clients thereon as well. 5.

This Court has perused the terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 15.04.2025 as recorded inter-se the plaintiffs and the defendant and finds them to be lawful.

Accordingly, in light of the above, the present suit is decreed in terms of the settlement between the plaintiffs and the defendant as recorded in the Settlement Agreement dated 15.04.2025. 7.

Needless to mention, the plaintiffs and the defendant shall remain bound by the terms of settlement as recorded in the Settlement Agreement dated 15.04.2025.

Registry is directed to draw up the Decree Sheet. 9.

Needless to mention, the Settlement Agreement dated 15.04.2025, shall form a part of the Decree Sheet.

Accordingly, in view of the above, the captioned suit, stands disposed of.
