In view of Section 32(d) of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwaras Act, 1971 as per which disputes which are subject matter of the present writ petition have to be dealt with by the concerned District Judge, this writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in the competent Court. 2.

Accordingly the present writ petition and the pending application stand disposed of.
