Copy of the death certificate dated 14.09.2018 has been produced and the same is taken on record. Copy of the same has been given to Ms. Sudha Gupta.

The petitioner had impugned order dated 15.02.2014 whereby revision petition filed by the petitioner impugning order dated 25.07.2011 of the trial court taking cognizance of the offence had been dismissed.
