% 09.03.2016 1.

Status report has been filed by the State mentioning therein that in compliance of order dated 05.02.2016, the mobile numbers of beat officer and Division Officer as well as landline numbers of Police Station Karawal Nagar were provided to the petitioners. It is also mentioned in the status report that beat staff of the area is regularly visiting the house of the petitioners and now the petitioners have no apprehension of threat from the family of petitioner No.1 and statement of this effect of the petitioners has also been recorded.

The petitioners are present in person alongwith their counsel and confirm the above fact.

Mr.Ashish Aggarwal, learned ASC for the State/R-1 to R-3 submits W.P.(CRL) 369/2016

that though now the petitioners are not apprehending any threat from the family of petitioner No.1 but they may contact the police if the necessity arises.

In view of the above assurance given by ASC for the State/R-1, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As prayed, copy of the order be given dasti to learned counsel for the parties.
