This writ petition has been preferred seeking the following reliefs:- "a.) issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing Respondent No. 1 to release the petitioner's vending goods & all its belongings; b.) issue the writ in nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to restore the petitioner to its original vending space with dignity i.e. Shop at Narela Zone, Ward 32-N in Shahbad Dairy, New Delhi-110042;

c.) issue the writ in nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to pay the compensation to the petitioner for illegally confiscation act done by the respondent;

e.) pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble court may consider fit and proper necessary in the interest of justice." 2.

During the pendency of these proceedings, we are informed that the goods and articles which had been seized have been duly released. That only leaves us to examine relief (b) as was claimed. 3.

Ms. Tiku, learned counsel appearing for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ["MCD"] states that subject to the petitioner conforming with the terms and conditions of the Town Vending Committee ["TVC"], they would have no objection to him undertaking his vending activity in accordance with law. 4.

In view of the statement so made, we find that no further directions are warranted. The writ petition shall stand disposed of on the above terms.
