After arguments, this appeal is disposed of as not pressed but with the consent order a money decree is passed in favour of the appellants and against the respondents for a sum of Rs.2 lacs alongwith interest at 9% per annum simple from 2.11.2005 till payment.

Respondents will pay this amount to the appellants within a period of three months from today but in case the amount is not paid by the respondents to the appellant within three months then the rate of interest will become 18% per annum. 2.
