This writ petition has been purportedly filed by one Mr. Satyendra Kumar S/o Late Sh. Mange Ram, R/o 619, Chirag Delhi, Delhi-110017, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following reliefs: "i. A Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding or directing the Respondents forthwith to Demarcate the Land of Khasra No. 1281/873 / 1, 2, 3 Village Bahapur SouthEast District, Nehru Place, Delhi. ii. A Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding or directing the Respondents to forthwith to handover the Possession of the vacant land bearing Khasra No. 1281/873/1, 2, 3 Village Bahapur South- East District, Nehru Place, Delhi to the applicant.

iii. A Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding or directing the Respondents to forthwith to provide the information regarding the acquisition, if any, of Land bearing Khasra No. 1281/873/1, 2, 3 Village Bahapur South-East District, Nehru Place.

iv. A writ of mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents to pay the costs of this petition to the Petitioner."

During the course of hearing one Mr. Satyendra Kumar submits that he had never instructed the learned counsel to file the present petition and he learnt of the present petition through one property dealer namely Bittoo, who is his neighbor. On repeated query, the Petitioner is consistent in his stand that no instructions were given to the present counsel to file this petition. During the course of hearing, he hands over photocopy of his Aadhar Card which is taken on record.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that she has no objection if the present petition is disposed of as Mr. Satyender Kumar makes a statement that he never instructed the Counsel for filing of this writ petition.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of, cautioning Mr. Satyendra Kumar that if any time in the future it is found that the statement made by him in Court is false, he will suffer the consequences in law. 5.

Copy of the Aadhar Card will be retained by the Registry in a sealed envelope.
