% 21.08.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction as under: (i) To declare the action of respondents in not considering the Petitioner to the post of PGT (Computer Science) against the vacancies available since 2014, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.
(ii) To direct the respondents to promote the Petitioner to the post of PGT (Computer Science) from the date she acquired eligibility and vacancies were there viz. 15.07.2014, or alternatively with effect from the date of promotion of her juniors viz. 19th April,2016, with all consequential benefits including arrears of pay & seniority. To this effect, the petitioner made representations dated 25.04.2016,
05.07.2016, 21.06.2019, however, till date, no response has been received from the respondents.
I hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondents to decide the representations made by the petitioner within four weeks from the receipt of this order and the decision to be taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter.
Needless to state that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision of the respondents, he may challenge the same before the appropriate forum. In view of above, the same is disposed of.
