O R D E R

% 22.01.2019 This writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 28.04.2015, granting liberty to petitioner to revive the petition, if the need so arose. By order dated 24.01.2018, the petition was revived. The petitioner herein is the Residents Welfare Association Chandan Colony, Saidullajab, New Delhi and the petition has been filed by its General Secretary Sh. Pavit Singh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner confirms that Mr. Pavit Singh aforesaid was also the petitioner in several writ petitions which were part of the batch along with the Writ Petition (Civil) No. 1807/2018 titled "Devender Singh vs. Govt. of NCT of Delhi

and Ors.'' which batch of petition was disposed of by the Division Bench of Hon'ble the Chief Justice by order dated 20.09.2018 with the following direction.

"10. With the aforesaid, we dispose of all the aforesaid matters granting liberty to the petitioners to proceed for making their complaints before the Special Task Force in accordance with the Scheme formulated and the procedure contemplated in the Office Memoranda, as are indicated hereinabove and the Special Task Force to deal with the complaints in accordance with law. All pending applications thereto, are also disposed of, as such. Learned counsel for the petitioner further confirms that the petitions filed by Mr. Pavit Singh before Hon'ble the Chief Justice's Bench were also in relation to the same areas in respect of which the present petition has been filed.

Learned counsel for respondents Nos. 1 and 2 also confirm the foregoing position.

In this view of the matter, there is no justification to keep the present petition pending. The petition is accordingly disposed of, granting liberty to petitioner to make its complaint/s before the Special Task Force in terms of the order dated 20.09.2018 made in W.P. (C) No. 1807/2018 and other connected matters, with liberty to approach the Special Task Force in accordance with law ; and with further direction to the Special Task Force to consider the petitioner's complaint/s as expeditiously as possible.
