We are informed by Mr Arvind Kumar Tiwary, counsel for the respondent, that pursuant to the last order dated 22.04.2024, First Motion under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 [in short the "1955 Act"] was granted.

To be noted, recourse to Section 13B of the 1955 Act was taken against the backdrop of a Settlement Agreement [in short "SA"] dated 31.01.2024 executed between the parties.

We have also examined the terms of SA. The terms contained in the SA are lawful.

4.

Parties will abide by the terms of the SA.

5.

Given the fact that the parties are moving ahead with the terms of the SA, the appeal is closed.

The appeal is, accordingly, disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
